At Shepherd’s Guardian, we stand behind our products and our mission. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If your dog does not respond as expected or you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days and we will issue a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
• Refund requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
• We may ask for basic order information to process your request.
• For health and safety reasons, we do not require returned consumable products unless otherwise requested.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non refundable.
We’ll refund every penny of your first-time order up to 3 jars total (one opened jar + two unopened). Customers are responsible for return shipping on any items requested to be returned.
Just return the jars (opened one can be empty) and we’ll issue a full refund minus return shipping.
This guarantee is for first-time customers only and limited to one per household.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards (if applicable).
• Orders marked as final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
